Sparkling Aura (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Vastu consulting business operated by Rashi Agarwal as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a data controller.

• Property information — property type, size, location, floor plans, photos, and compass readings you provide for the purpose of a Vastu consultation
• Enquiry content — any information you include in contact forms or emails
• Email marketing data — email address and first name if you sign up for the free 7-Point UK Home Vastu Check
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store card details

2. Why we collect it and our legal basis

• To deliver your consultation — contract performance
• To respond to enquiries — legitimate interests
• To send you the free guide and follow-up emails — consent (you may withdraw at any time)
• To comply with legal obligations — legal obligation

3. How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored securely. Property documents, floor plans, and photos shared for consultation purposes are retained only for the duration of your consultation and a period of up to 12 months afterwards, then securely deleted unless you request otherwise.

We use the following third-party services to process data on our behalf: Brevo (email marketing), Stripe (payments), Acuity Scheduling (bookings). Each is bound by their own privacy policies and GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the service providers listed above, strictly for the purpose of delivering our services.

5. Your rights
