Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Sparkling Aura’s consulting services, provided by Rashi Agarwal trading as Sparkling Aura (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Sparkling Aura provides Vastu consulting services as described on our website. All consultations are advisory in nature. Recommendations are based on traditional Vastu Shastra principles and the information you provide. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

2. Accuracy of information provided

The accuracy of your consultation depends entirely on the accuracy of the floor plan, compass directions, and other documents you provide. You are responsible for ensuring these are correct. We cannot accept liability for advice given on the basis of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

3. Booking and payment

  • A non-refundable deposit (£50 for Essential and Standard; £100 for Premium) is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due before your consultation takes place.
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

  • You may reschedule up to twice with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
  • If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will offer a full refund of your deposit or an alternative date.

5. Limitation of liability

Sparkling Aura’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the consultation in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from acting on our recommendations. Vastu consulting is advisory — all decisions about your property remain yours.

6. Intellectual property

All written reports, PDF documents, and materials produced by Sparkling Aura are our intellectual property. You may use them for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, shared publicly, or resold without our written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
